【Payment method/Timing of payment】

Advance payment
- Mail order: Send your application form with postal money order with the fixed amount or with cash by registered mail.  (Please send us the exact amount)
- Online order: Credit card payment

【Delivery method】

Sagawa express or registered mail

【Delivery date】

■ Normally, delivery is made within 5 working days once your application has completed. It takes up to 7~10 working days during peak periods*.

■ For mail orders, delivery is made within 5 working days after we received your application form. It takes up to 7~10 working days during peak periods*.

*July-August, December-January

【Returning goods】

We are not accepting ISIC/ITIC/IYTC card returns once it's issued.

【Card issued with an error】

◆ We will reissue a card for free only when we input incorrect information by mistake and cover the cost of delivery.  

◆ We will not bear any responsibility for an error printed card when it's caused by wrong input by the customer. Please check your information before you complete your order. We will charge the delivery cost for a reissued card. 

For both cases, the customer is to discard the error card by themselves.

【Undeliverable card】

When delivery can't be completed due to an unknown address, 
long-term absence, etc., your card will be held for a while at Sagawa express office. 
We will inform you by email so that you arrange re-delivery. However, if you miss the deadline to contact the company, we consider that you declined to receive the card and it will be discarded. Please note that we can't refund for an undelivered card caused by the customer.
